We are what we eat and if you serve hot meals to hyper sensitive little ones, it really shows. We began our wholesome foods journey after learning that diet plays a significant role in our children’s special needs. So we buy from the farmer’s market whenever we can or purchase organic foods.

There are plenty of reasons to be picky about the foods you put into your body. For example, we always buy organic apples. In any one apple, at least 40 different pesticides can be detected in the apple.
